Who runs Buttonology

Buttonology is a family button business operated by Figmints Delicious Design & Creative Marketing LLC, a Rhode Island LLC. Questions about this page go to brad@figmints.com.

Orders

When you buy a button set, checkout happens on Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address and payment details. We see your order and shipping details so we can mail your buttons. We never see or store your full card number.

Inquiry forms

Our quote and inquiry forms ask for your name and email, an optional phone number, and details about your request, like a date, town, rough button count or a message. We use them only to reply to you about your party, event, fundraiser or custom order.

Site analytics

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used, like which pages get visited and what gets clicked. Clarity masks form field inputs, so what you type is not recorded.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone except the services above and the email and hosting providers that help us take orders and run the site.
